August 2025
Fleetwood partnered with our boutique proprietary hardware designers to develop a black version of the S.S. Edge Pull for 3-Series and Gen4 sliding doors. This elegant solution is intended to improve aesthetics of post-less corner doors with exposed Edge Pulls when black hardware is selected. Additional frame options are available to select black or brushed stainless Edge Pulls in various locations of the door for ultimate customization.

The screen adapter for Series 4070-T screen panels has been modified to allow for easier service and installation of mesh while maintaining a flush appearance.

(Coming Q4)
Fleetwood Engineers have targeted key extrusion cavities to improve the performance of the current 4400-T Pivot Door by introducing a high density thermal foam. Initial simulations show an approximate improvement in energy of 0.05-0.06 U-Factor and 7-8 Condensation Resistance (CR) points. The improved values should be included in new orders by Q4 2025.

August 2025
Following positive feedback from architects and our valued dealer partners, Fleetwood redesigned the S.S. Archetype Cam Handle for the Series 350-T to utilize the strike plate assembly of the Series 450-T. Benefits include: no exposed fasteners, black strike plates, and the modern continuity of design between the handle and strike.

Coming August 2025, Fleetwood is proud to unveil a new addition to our Gen4 line—a wood-clad pivot door, engineered to integrate seamlessly with our luxury product family. Natural wood panels are paired with Fleetwood’s trusted Series 4400-T aluminum frame and feature aluminum honeycomb cores for reduced weight and warp resistance—except in a horizontal lites design, which utilizes a steel core for added strength. Available in over 50 custom variations with seven rich wood species and eight modern design options, the new 4400 Wood Pivot Door reflects Fleetwood’s commitment to organic design trends and uncompromising luxury standards.
