Existing Product Service
Thank you for visiting Fleetwood online. Since you have selected the Servicing Products section we assume you have Fleetwood windows or doors installed in your home.
Step 1: -
Your first step in obtaining service should be to contact the Authorized Dealer through whom the products were purchased. This can seem like a challenge sometimes because your contractor may not have told you who that dealer is but you will need to gather that information first.
Step 2a: Found Original Dealer -
Once you have found the dealer contact them with your specific problems and they will remedy these issues. If there are defective parts it may take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to schedule corrective work, but your dealer will coordinate everything.
Step 2b: Could Not Find Original Dealer -
If you were unsucessful in finding the original dealer you will need to select another dealer to perform your service. These dealers can be found by following the Servicing Products link herein. We encourage you to print and review the Limited Lifetime Warranty so you can be informed of the procedures to follow.
