...we need you to understand that our selling philosophy is unique. We need dealers that are motivated to aggressively, creatively and consistently promote our products. We foster this passion by making our products better, not cheaper.
Fleetwood's pricing program spawns pure competition among its dealers because the end user gets similar pricing (within 3%) from all dealers. The difference in "buying power" equals greater profitably for the higher level dealers. We believe this will motivate those dealers to invest their most precious resource, time, thus creating more projects at the design level. We call this "creating market share".
Fleetwood dealers can increase their profitability with greater commitment, which is manifested in large displays and growing sales volume. New dealers begin at the Bronze level and can immediately move into the Silver level by purchasing and installing displays. The next step up the ladder is the Transition program and either Gold or Platinum.
When one factors in that home centers are becoming an even stronger player in the market, it is wise for window dealers to partner with manufacturers who honor the dealer's role in the market. We honor dealers and are interested in sharing our vision and philosophy and are willing to work hard to "create market" that mutually benefits us both.
